Lovely apartment totally beautiful shocking outside lifts are very old but would stay again

The lift was shockingly bad stair well so badly ventilation it was like an oven when I tried to go down because lift was not working wright and I don't need to get stuck so I tried the stairs they where dark and dirty no air totally scary my breath went straight away had to run back to the apartment to try get my breath back . I will say this the apartment is amazing beautiful well equipped and so modern I was shocked the building was so bad it let's the tenners down building management should be ashamed

It is clean & comfortable bed , good location, security, super market is next door, digital door lock no keys to carry, Zyre from the staff, he is very helpful & always ready to respond to your queries. The unit, is good but not excellent one bedroom apartment… in general, I like it anyway but it was not what I , already booked
They charged me for my early check in ( I arrived early 1 hour & 30 minutes) The sofa is old & not clean not comfortable .. it’s ok but it can be better or get a new one No Netflix .. you must have your own account Be ware of the bedroom maybe you get locked in , because the door knob is not working properly … maybe by this time.!! They replaced it with a new one .!! ???? I booked a unit.!! On booking but they gave me a different unit.!! Not that one, they showed it’s pictures ????

Classy and comfortable, luxury apartment and a good price
The Apartment was amazing! very high quality luxury and comfort. Everything was new , modern and clean. The View from the balcony was amazing. And it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. I would highly recommend this place. Just do close your eyes until you are in your room. And just say no to solicitors.
The building is old and rundown. The elevator is slow and half the time only 1 of them was in service. The neighborhood is not all that great. This building is located just around the corner from the red light district. You will get offered drugs and a message from several lovely ladies. Lots and lots of bars and night clubs. This is definitely the place to be if you you came to the Philippines to party.
